Refund Policy

Because our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been delivered.

Something wrong with your file?

If your file won't open, is damaged, or isn't what was described, email hello@thegamenightpress.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We'll send a working file or, if we can't fix the problem, give you a full refund.

Accidental duplicate orders

If you were charged twice for the same product, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
